“I place a great deal of importance on company culture as it immediately reflects in G&G's core beliefs. It establishes standards for how individuals are expected to act and collaborate in a constructive atmosphere. Business culture is a reflection of who you are as a leader and it also represents your company.
The development of a growth mentality, inclusion of individuals from every walk of life, and the collaborative environment that allows for success are three aspects of the culture at G&G that I find most compelling. That says a lot about the everyday experience you can expect at G&G."

“I graduated from Texas State University, but I wasn't sure what I wanted to focus on afterward because I had so many interests. I knew I had to become a part of this organization once I realized how much it valued leadership and growth. My employment with G&G has pushed me to work hard, step outside of my comfort zone, and evolve both professionally and personally. My leadership and communication abilities have grown as a result of my work in marketing and sales. I'm eager to set the example for the company and become the first successful business person in my family.”

“Since I've been with the organization, my work in direct customer service & sales has helped me develop tremendously on both a professional and personal level. I was quite timid and introverted when I first entered the industry, but I saw an opportunity and wanted to take advantage of it. My communication skills have greatly improved due to interacting face-to-face with so many clients, consumers, and team members. As a result of my enhanced ability to read people, their desires, and their emotions, I can now interact with them more effectively and fulfill their needs. It's also helped me connect with my family on a deeper level. I went from being just another sibling hanging out during family time to now leading family discussions, positively influencing their routines and behaviors, and more importantly their perspectives and attitudes.”

“Goals are essential because without them, it's impossible to determine if your actions have really been successful. Long-term goals provide you with a picture of your ideal future and your desired outcomes. You can use short-term goals as a guide and as checkpoints to guarantee that the actions you do today are moving you closer to your long-term goal. Before I started working with G&G, my long-term goals were more of a pipe dream. I knew what I wanted out of life, but I lacked an action plan to help me get there. I’ve been inspired just by being around this group of genuine, enthusiastic, and driven individuals.
I learned from my mentor that by constantly creating daily and weekly objectives to get you closer to where or who you want to be, you can achieve long-term success, and this is how you transform those lofty goals into an attainable reality. But it’s all one step at a time.”
