Myleah joined our company in 2014 after graduating from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Psychology and Human Development. While training for management, she quickly demonstrated her value as a trainer and recruiter. In 2015, she took over the Director of Human Resources role and hasn't looked back. She has since become a national trainer, living and working in more than 4 states and travelling all over the country while supervising office administrators, recruiters, and interns on a national scale in over 6 locations.
Myleah loves working with people and is motivated by growth. Having been raised in foster care, she is a strong advocate for children and aspires to start a non-profit organization geared toward providing transitional housing and life skills workshops to former foster youth, as well as a private, in-home counseling service that will focus on addressing and treating mental health problems mainly found among children from low-income neighborhoods.
