Kristina grew up in a small town on the outskirts of Los Angeles and graduated from California Lutheran University with a degree in business and marketing. While looking for entry-level positions that would give her practical experience in her field as a recent graduate, she came across an opportunity to train as a manager. During the training process, she was able to strengthen her problem-solving skills, public speaking abilities, and organizational skills, as well as her emotional intelligence.
Within a year, she was promoted to Director of Operations and given the opportunity to head up her own market in northern California. Since 2017, her company has added a wide selection of new clients to its portfolio and has expanded its reach into areas like Virginia, Florida, and Texas. She is looking forward to seeing the list of clients continue to grow. Having been a business owner and mentor for over a decade, Kristina believes that life always boils down to two things: suffer the pain of discipline, or suffer the pain of regret.
