Desi was born in New York and raised in Florida. She played softball and was on the debate team in school; she believes both have helped her develop teamwork and people skills. She originally studied to become a firefighter, but during her training, she found that she wanted more corporate experience, so she decided to switch careers. Her passion for growth and advancement led her to G & G Consulting and the financial services industry. She is grateful to have grown personally and professionally, and long term wants to become an area manager in Houston as well as open her own marketing agency in New York.
